Dental Hygienist
Hours of Work: Hours of
operation are from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM,
Monday through Friday.
Minimum
qualifications:
Degree or certificate from an ADA approved
Dental Hygiene Program
Current license
to practice Dental Hygiene in any one of the
50 states, the District of Columbia, the
Commonwealth of Puerto or any United States
territories
Current BLS
card
Experience as a
Dental Hygienist for a minimum of 12 months
in the past 2 years or have graduated
from an approved program within the last 12
months
Successfully
complete at least 12 hours of continuing
dental hygiene education within the
preceding 18 months or have graduated from
an ADA approved dental hygiene program
within the preceding 12 months.
Health care
workers shall be eligible for U.S.
employment.
