Between 6:00 am – 7:00 pm, Monday – Friday, some locations may require rotating on-call duties

Minimum qualifications:

Doctorate in dentistry from an accredited dental school approved by the Council on Dental Education of the American Dental Association (ADA) within the preceding 12 months, OR b) a doctorate from an accredited dental school approved by the Council on Dental Education of the ADA and have experience as a General Dentist of at least 12 months within the preceding 36 months. 

Successfully  completed at least 12 classroom hours of continuing dental education, which maintain skills and knowledge as a General Dentist within the preceding 24 months.  This requirement is not applicable to new graduates.

Posses a current, unrestricted license to practice dentistry in any one of the fifty States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands and maintenance of same.  The health care worker is responsible for complying with all applicable state licensing regulations.  All state dental/medical licenses held by each contractor must be submitted as part of the credentialing package. 

Health care workers shall be eligible for U.S. employment.
