Minimum qualifications:
Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing
or an Associate Degree in
Nursing or a Nursing Diploma
from a Nursing Program
accredited by the National
League for Nursing Accrediting
Commission (NLNAC).
Current unrestricted license to
practice as a registered nurse
in any one of the 50 States, the
District of Columbia, the
Commonwealth of Puerto Rico,
Guam or the U.S. Virgin
Islands. Additionally, health
care workers licensed outside of
the 50 States must provide proof
of having successfully passed
the Commissioner of Graduates of
Foreign Nursing Schools exam or
the National Council Licensure
Exam (NCLEX.
In
addition to the requirements for
a Registered Nurse, the RN
Breast Care Coordinator shall
possess a minimum of 2 years
full-time experience within the
last 3 years as an RN performing
case management services.
Current BLS card
Health care workers must be
eligible for U.S. employment.
